Cocohagen Barista is a luxurious, organic and plant-based cocoa truffle with large roasted almonds from Spain, black coffee and 100% pure cocoa from Callebaut ☕️💚😋

It started as an exclusive summer variant in the summer of 2020, where we at Cocohagen had tested endlessly to achieve the perfectly balanced flavor, where the coffee is present but still leaves room for the taste of the pure cocoa and umami from the large roasted almonds. It quickly won over our own and our customers' taste buds and took first place as the most delicious confection of the year at Sol Over Gudhjem (see below).
As the summer came to an end, there was no doubt; Barista was to become part of our regular range at Cocohagen.

Like the rest of our range, Cocohagen Barista is produced in Humlebæk, Denmark, using only natural ingredients, with no added sugar, no additives and no preservatives. It is both gluten and lactose free. 100% organic and plant-based.

On Saturday, June 20, 2020, we won the Sol Over Gudhjem Product Award with Cocohagen Barista. With the assessment and award from the judges, we have reached an essential milestone on our journey towards making the absolute most delicious confectionery for the healthy and quality-conscious 'foodie' - completely without added sugar and additives.
